- The price for each guided tour service is ￥350/time. Each guided tour lasts 45 min.
- No more than 5 people can join a guided tour.
- No refund or timeslot change is possible once the reservation of the guided tour has been confirmed and purchased.
- The guided tour will only be visible on the first ticket of each order. The first ticket will be the only valid ticket to redeem the guided tour service.
- The guided tour starts within 15 minutes from the start of each timeslot. If visitors do not arrive by the indicated time, the guided tour will not be postponed accordingly.
